Job Vacancy: Experienced Junior Advocate for Criminal Cases at JNN Global Law Consortium LLP
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Junior Advocate to join our team, specializing in criminal cases. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in criminal law practice, as well as a strong passion for advocating for justice.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of criminal cases, from client intake to trial sessions.
Conduct extensive legal research and prepare compelling legal arguments and briefs.
Represent clients in criminal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
Work closely with senior advocates to develop effective defense strategies.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights are protected.
Maintain accurate case records and stay updated with developments in criminal law.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing criminal law. (******Resumes won't be considered, if doesn't match our requirements of 4 years in experience******)
Thorough understanding of criminal law principles, procedures, and relevant statutes.
Excellent oral & written communication skills IN ENGLISH / TAMIL.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
Working Hours and Salary:
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
