I have a company in the USA and Panama South Trade Winds, Inc. (STW) www.southtradewinds.com
Our purpose is to do business by matching demand and supply from different parts of the world, for this we have representatives or sales agents in different countries, paraguay, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, soon Puerto Rico, and others in our portfolio. We want to establish representation contracts with our suppliers and agents, valid in the jurisdiction of USA DELAWARE (where STW is incorporated), and that these representation contracts establish that our agents cannot transact directly with the suppliers with whom we put them in contact to making a sale, without being exposed to harsh legal and financial penalties.
On the other hand, we want to establish representation contracts with our suppliers, to represent their company or certain brands of the supplier, for certain geographical areas, wich also prevent the supplier from dealing directly with our agents.
For this, we require that the respective representation contract templates be prepared for us, STW-Sales Agent and STW-Supplier. I am interested in knowing the cost of a sevice like the one described.
