International Intellectual Property Patent Consultation

I am looking for a consultant who can provide me with international intellectual property patent consultation, specifically for patents. I need assistance with both filing a new application and managing an existing one. I have a specific country in mind for my patent application, and I am looking for someone who has experience in that region.

-Expertise in patent law and procedures
-Experience in filing and managing patent applications
-Knowledge of the specific country or region in which I am seeking a patent
-Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple language.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's intellectual property strategy, establishing and improving the enterprise's intellectual property management system, systems, and processes;
2. Responsible for conducting intellectual property analysis, evaluation, and research on new products and technologies;
3. Responsible for the application, maintenance, and management of the company's intellectual property rights, and collaborating with research and development personnel to complete application document writing, review opinion response, and other tasks;
4. Responsible for coordinating, reviewing, evaluating, and managing with third-party patent agencies;
5. Track the intellectual property information of relevant domestic and foreign companies, organize and push it, and organize internal intellectual property training according to business needs;
6. Provide intellectual property related support to the company's project team, such as patent mining and invalid patent retrieval in 3C fields, and assist in research and development project initiation.
