I have a draft version of the Intellectual Property (IP) policy for my company, but it is not yet comprehensive and complete. I am looking for an experienced professional to further develop this draft into a fully integrated policy that covers the collective protection of our inventions, patents, trade secrets, and confidential information. It should also clearly define the guidelines for employee IP ownership. This policy should be in Arabic to align with our company's communication standards.
