Intellectual Property Contracts

I am looking for a professional to help me create an Intellectual Property Contract. I am open to any ideas and don't have a specific template in mind. Once the contract is created, it needs to be written so that it will be legally binding in my country (India). As I have not decided on a length of time for the contract, the freelancer will need to include a clause stating the policy on termination and renewal. The contract should also include specifications of the copyrights, trademarks, and patents that are to be included in the agreement.
This agreement is needed for the below context:
I am yet to register a legal entity (company) however I am getting a mobile app developed by a friend's company. The work is in progress. I want a contract in place that covers the term from past 2 years (that is when the idea of the app was discussed with friend's company). I would like to safeguard and protect the IP rights for the app and ensure confidentiality agreement is also signed by the resources who are working on the project. As I am paying them for developing this app, I want to ensure that there is no IP assignment issues and all source code etc. is safeguarded. If there are any leakages, I want to hold them legally accountable.
