I am seeking a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and experience in copyright and trademark law, specifically for literary and artistic works. The primary focus of this project is on my existing trademarks and ensuring their full protection, as well as identifying potential new assets that could be trademarked.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the current protection status of existing trademarks
- Identify additional assets, particularly artwork and designs, that should be trademarked or copyrighted
- Develop a strategy for comprehensive protection of intellectual property
