Intellectual Property And NDA Professional - 3D Printing High Tech Company - E-commerce - International Law

Dear Legal Professional,
For our e-commerce business, we are looking for a legal expert. An all round legal expert, but especially in international law and intellectual property law, contract law and labor law (all international).
You will be responsible for:
- Making NDA's
- Making IP Agreements
- Defining strategy how to protect our business
- Advising the CEO
- And all what comes with running an international e-commerce business in the 3d printing market.
Our business is focussed on the 3d printing market. Which means we sell 3d printers and supplies. We do that now in mainly the Netherlands and Belgium. But shortly we will be expanding to the whole EU.

Apart from that, we are a young, innovative company. In other words, there is a lot of room for you to collaborate with our team on improving our workflows and processes. We like to give you room for your ideas!
We believe in making mistakes and personal leadership to help you become the best legal professional you can be! As we grow, there is also room for you to take on more responsibility. Good English speaking and writing skills are therefore essential.
What do you bring?
- You have legal education done in the past. You are graduated, you have your bachelors and your masters.
- Ideally you also have some background in tech. Computer science, software engineering etc. But is not a main requirement.
- You have experience with:
Intellectual property law
NDA's
Tax law
International law
Contract law
Labor law
Basically, the full skill-set to be able to be a good legal advisor to our company.
Also, you:
- Have an analytical insight
- Are open to feedback
- Are solution-oriented
- Are fluent in English speaking and writing
- Are in possession of fast internet and a good telephone
What do we offer?
- A part-time senior law position (head of law basically, since we don't have a law position yet)
- Time and place independent work (you can work remotely, from anywhere in the world)
- Room for you to build beautiful things, across the globe. Since we will be expanding to multiple countries very shortly.
