Indian Legal Aid Application and Representation
This job is to find the right person in advance to apply for legal aid at the appropriate time, In case of a legal case going to be created by a person who thinks incorrectly I owe him money. i want a person who has had experience in Applying for Legal Aid for a court case in India to manage the necessary paperwork & execute the process including submitting the paperwork associated with application and then submit the Application for me in enough time for the case and so at the time of the court case i have a person representing me. Additionally, i need the person to complete if needed , paperwork to have the lawyer to be appointed as my Authorised person to represent me, as i cannot appear in person, and I know I can appoint my lawyer to act a my legal representative who takes my place at all hearings, court cases, etc and sign documents where necessary The purpose of the application is to put into place the legal aid for a Court Appointed Lawyer to be acting Probono in a court case where i am being sued to recover money he thinks I owe him, for a still undisclosed amount of money & which was never agreed to at the time, as it was never disclosed and still to date is being undisclosed. I want the person to do what is necessary to have a successful outcome to have the legal aid appoint a probono acting lawyer to act for me at the time that a court case is instigated
