Indian Employment Law Specialist for Developer Background Checks and Verification
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive background checks on the prospective employee, including verifying their educational and professional qualifications, as well as any relevant legal issues that may impact their ability to work for our company.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and Canadian laws and regulations relating to the hiring of the employee, taking into account any specific requirements for offshore employment.
- Provide a detailed, written report summarizing the findings of the background checks and any legal implications, along with recommendations for next steps, if necessary.
- Maintain open communication with our team throughout the process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions we may have.
Requirements:
- A valid license to practice law in India and a strong background in employment or labor law.
- Demonstrated experience working with international clients, preferably with Canadian companies.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide a comprehensive written report summarizing findings and offering actionable recommendations.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
