We are a company based out of UAE.We had hired a short term consultant in China. We terminated the consultant after 2 months as per the terms of the contract. We are looking for professional legal help for the dispute with regards to this agreement. Our lawyers shall prepare a draft notice as per their understanding and we require you to advise us and redraft the notice as per the Chinese laws.
