• Create educational and promotional content for dissemination through different communication channels (email, web, social media) to inform the public.
• Work together with team members on marketing initiatives.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications to cases assigned, including phone calls, emails, and mail. Foster positive and professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Conduct legal research under the supervision of attorneys. Assist in gathering and preparing evidence and documentation for immigration applications.
• Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, including immigration petitions/applications, motions, briefs, affidavits, declarations, and correspondence.
• Help attorneys oversee caseloads, adhering to deadlines and managing case filings.
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of information by regularly updating and maintaining case management software and databases.

We are looking for 15 paralegal/lawyer/legal assistants to help us with a sensitive project. The candidate(s) need to be well written and have the ability to tie facts together. The ideal candidate would be able to work 40 hours a week. We are flexible on what time of day someone would be working. Emphasis on being a good writer!
