Immigration Paralegal Needed for Employment-based Visas
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I am in need of an experienced immigration paralegal with a strong background in employment-based immigration matters. The specific tasks I need assistance with are case preparation, document gathering and filing, petition drafting, and drafting reference letters. The ideal candidate will also take on the responsibility of conducting research as part of this work. You will be provided templates to assist in drafting reference letters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case preparation for EB-1, EB-2NIW, and O-1 Visas
- Document gathering and filing
- Petition drafting
- Drafting reference letters
- Research to support immigration cases
This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 visa processes. You will need to be able to draft reference letters that effectively highlight the specific qualifications and achievements required for these applications. You will also assist in drafting the brief/arguements in support of the visa petition.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an immigration paralegal
- Extensive knowledge of employment-based immigration matters, particularly EB-1A, EB-2 NIW and O-1 Visas
- Strong research skills
- Excellent drafting abilities for petitions and reference letters
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict deadlines
