Immigration Lawyer for Temporary Tax Residency in Paraguay

I'm looking for an Immigration Lawyer to assist me in obtaining temporary tax residence in Paraguay. I am originally from the Netherlands (Europe). The 0% tax on income generated outside of the country appeals to me since I am a Digital Nomad and I make my money online. I'm willing to travel to Paraguay ASAP to sign all of the documentation needed for this. I would also like to get a Paraguay ID.
