Immigration Lawyer or Paralegal: Forms for a denied entry

my husband (Canadian citizen) had DUI's in Michigan and/or Wisconsin (the states) over 20 - 30 years ago. Once - 10 years ago he was denied entry and given a stack of papers to complete. Needless to say - years later - we have still not completed the forms and found it daunting as I did not have information on his US arrests. We need someone to do a basic inquiry and file the forms that are required. He has not had any arrests since then.
