My name is Hide Kaga from Japan. I am the owner of AJWeb LLC and I am currently an international student at a university in Kansas. I have a question regarding maintaining the business entity after my student visa (F-1 Visa) expires. I will be doing the Optional Practical Training (OPT) after graduating, however, I will lose a legal US visa after the OPT ends (1 year). In this case, am I allowed to maintain my business entity without a valid US visa and earn the revenue from the business as a business owner (I will be paying tax in the US)? My business model is E-commerce and I can work remotely from anywhere in the world, however, I would like to keep the business entity in the US and operate in the US.
