Hello,I am looking for a licensed US Immigration Attorney to take over and manage my EB-3 (Skilled Worker) visa case. My I-140 has already been approved, and my priority date (January 5, 2024) is now CURRENT according to the March 2026 Visa Bulletin (Dates for Filing).Current Status:•Case Type: EB-3 (Skilled Worker).•Priority Date: Jan 5, 2024 (Current).•Location: I am currently in Egypt (Consular Processing).•Family: Total of 3 applicants (Myself, Spouse, and 1 Child).Scope of Work:1.Handle the NVC stage, including paying IV fees and managing the DS-260 forms for all 3 family members.2.Review and upload all required civil and financial documents to the CEAC portal.3.Ensure the case is Documentarily Qualified (DQ) without delays.4.Provide guidance and preparation for the Consular Interview at the US Embassy in Cairo.5.Act as the Attorney of Record (G-28) for the remainder of the process.Requirements:•Must be a Licensed US Attorney (Active Bar membership).•Proven experience with EB-3 Consular Processing and NVC procedures.•Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.•Previous experience with applicants from Egypt/Middle East is a plus.Please provide a flat-fee quote for the entire process until the interview.
