Hire purchase agreement return - law

Hi there!
I am looking for law knowing person who can help me to return my car back to car dealer with good law based reason and that they will cancel my finance agreement with finance company.
Somebody with good knoweledge is needed, as they will try to refuse to cancel this. I am based in Northern Ireland.
So, on 7th of April, i have took car as "Hire Purchase agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974" from McKinney motors (car dealer) , and finance company "First Response Finace" approved my application even my credit score is low.
Took £7425 with APR 37.9% , for 5 years (61 payments of £250.42 every month on 23rd.
The problem starts here.
Received this car , delivered to my property.
Started to drive for a week and started to notice vibrations of chairs inside this car, weak breaks and front discs were heating. Weird amount of smoke was visible and started to get comments from people that there is a lot of smoke coming.
Cars steering wheel was shaking when driving.
Took the car back to them and they kept it for two weeks to fix it.
Called them on the day whem they said it will be ready and mechanic on phone said - that front discs has been replaced and all is fixed, just need to get rid of smoke and there has been expensive part ordered and will be replaced in next two / three days.
I did said thank you and went for this car to pick it up 3 days later.
Picked up this car, noticed that vibration is gone , front two discs has been replaced.
Drove home ans then after next couple days noticed new problems:
- When i start the car it shakes for some period of time and makes squeeking and squeeling noises - it sounds like belt will be gone now.
- All 4 car brake calipers are rusted.
- Back discs are making weird metallic scratching sounds when driving.
- Back discs are making really weird deep noise when braking.
I have contacted them and they said that they will get back to me.
But now, after seeing all those problems with this car, and understanding that they are giving just 6 months of warranty and not focusing on those issues in first place when selling those cars - i mean not safely checking them before it's selled to customer.
I can't see any safety driving this car, i can't see any guarantee that this car will be driveable after next 6 months and i am even scared to drive this car - i am not sure what else could happen.
So i wanna return this car now but i need a good legal letter which pass to them to refuse this car and ask them to return money to my finance company.
Mentioning all legal rights and to make sure they accept it back.
There is no guarantees that this car is safe and no guarantees that it will be working long term.
I am scared to end up with 15k debt on my shoulders and walking.
So i really need this but it must be really really good , so they won't be able to refuse it and that they will return money back to my finance company.
I really need to get this done quickly as possible and as good as possible.
I can send full Hire Purchase Agreement as well.
