Help me with unpaid wages.

I used to work at a private automotive workshop in Sydney as an apprentice mechanic.
I started there on the 15/09/2019 and finished on the 24/12/2021.
My hours worked are from 8AM - 6:30PM sometimes even past 7PM, I would also work from 8AM - 5PM on Saturdays. I worked every Saturday over two years with only taking a couple of Saturdays off.
As an apprentice I knew the wage wasn’t great. But after becoming qualified and talking to my parents about how much I get I didn’t realise the legal pay is time and a half and double time during Overtime? Also I was only getting paid for 38 hours on my payslip.
I was getting paid $800 in the bank, $200 cash for weekday overtime and $200 for a Saturday.
I wanted to seek legal advice as I believe I’m entitled to thousands of dollars of unpaid wages.
