Help with Small court case, you MUST be a solicitor in England

Please read the attached PDF about the case. According to the Consumer act I can claim to have the pedals repaired
When I look at this case however I find that <pedal company> is part of the seller's “case”. They sent the case to <seller> in Germany to get rid of the legal case themselves of course.
But in my eyes, they have actually participated and done all support that a seller actually should do. So my thought is to call both to court. For this, I need a legal solicitor to help me to see if this is possible. I also want some help with writing this story to the small claim court so I can win it. I have emails and documents that prove communication and date of purchase of course to the above.
