Help with a Copyright Infringement Notice

I need help with how I should approach a minor legal issue. Recently I received a copyright infringement notice on a product I was selling. I followed up by proposing a licence agreement. The infringement notice was for the EU but I reside outside of their jurisdiction. Is there anything I can do to tackle this.
