Help for individual filing documents in Delaware Chancery

Job ID: 33628844

Budget: $25 – $50 USD

I am looking for someone I can talk to who specifically has experience with International lawsuits against Delaware corporations in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

I am self representing, filing a complaint in the Delaware Chancery court.

I am just looking for guidance. I will do all the document creation myself.

However, I am confused by some of the court rules. For example I read one rule that said I must submit a table of authorities, and another that said since I am self representing and not an attorney, I am not allowed to interpret the law in my filings. That seems contradictory, but I probably just do not understand.

I also have a lot of evidence to submit and want to know how to do that properly to make it easy for the court to read.

My main concerns are the TOA, properly submitting evidence, and having someone familiar with Delaware Chancery court rules help me understand what and how to submit it for the best chance of not having it dismissed over a paperwork technicality.
