hi, we are looking to open a business entity in The Bahama's & would like some assistance. We do cloud based school and hospital management systems - no physical products.
You would need to have completed creation of a foreign owned entity in The Bahamas before. I am US based citizen however the company will not be doing business in the US, nor will it do business in The Bahamas - it it will do business all other places.
