Help-Solicitor or someone expert in reading policies
Budget: €5 – €50 EUR
Between fasthosts.co.uk and arconis they bascially shut down our business and now left us no choice to consider legal action against them.
On Nov 22nd our sites went down (7/8 of them on decidated server with fasthosts). Acronis provided our backups at 3am and full server backup nightly. We paid them on basis if something every happen to server we had peace of mind their service would enable full backup instantly.
Sadly this ain't the case as there backup agent failed and took out our whole business with htem still not restoring it.
No doubt they will somehow have policies that will attempt to protect them however we paid them on basis of them and partners Fasthosts providing this backup service whihc was sold to us as corrupt free. This is still on fasthosts website.
The reason we no business left is now becauase of the corruption we can't restore the sites. So they taken evreyhitng from us that we built over last 5 years.
We bascailly just out of cashflow so hoping someone on here could raise document to help us get them to cover rebuilding of sites etc. We not only down our sites but also SEO rankings, nearly 3 weeks of costs as can't sell so turnover dropped. Also down costts of software etc we can't use.
So praying someone can help us (we legit comapny with over 100+ projects on here and now everything taken away from us!
Any help at all as we want to put forward 3 options to them:
1. Restore sites and cover loss of turnover/software costs etc and IT costs wasted last few week.
2. Can't restore so cover point 1 plus cost of rebuilding them all.
3. Don't do anything for us and we left no choice to put company into adminstration and seek damages for everything including site values, left of me as owner wages, my other stafff member losing there job. Spare stock that we can't sell along with massive solicitor costs to go into admin.
Anyone from USA or UK be ideal due to where companies located.
