HOA Dispute Resolution Legal Representation
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Attorney with experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) Law for freelance work. We are primarily looking for work during the month of October while an attorney is on leave but anticipate having additional work on an as-needed basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal field with a focus on HOA law and have an active State of California Bar License.
Range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
-Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to homeowners associations, including interpreting and enforcing governing documents, advising on board governance and operations, and assisting with dispute resolution.
-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to HOA and advise clients accordingly.
-Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of legal matters.
