HIPAA Compliance Consultation - Privacy & Security
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm in need of a certified HIPAA Compliance Officer with expertise in both the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. My organization has not yet started the compliance process, so your role will primarily involve providing consultation and advice on how to navigate the complexities of HIPAA compliance.
Expert must have the following Workforce Training expertise.
1) Is your HIPAA compliance officer certified in HIPAA Privacy/ Security?
2) Were the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 and the Health Information Technology for Economic and clinical Health Act updates to HIPAA & the Omnibus Rule of 2013 included in the training?
Expert must be willing to help create best practices for a program consisting of 3 Contractors working with a DC government agency.
• General Security Safeguards
• Access and Mobile Date Controls
• Other Data Practices
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
- Proven experience in compliance consultation
- Excellent communication skills for clear advice and guidance
- Ability to simplify complex compliance measures for easy understanding
