Friend to be released out of prison

I am trying to help a friend of mine who is currently serving a 35 day sentence in prison in Riyadh . He requested for a lawyer. Upon completion of the sentence they will be eligible for release and I am looking for help making sure he can transition out of prison as smoothly as possible.
