Freedom of Information Solicitor Required
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm seeking a solicitor with expertise in Freedom of Information requests to help me obtain documents from several government bodies and services, primarily focused on the health service and DFFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and submitting FOI requests to various bodies including health service, Monash health, and uniting vic/tas
- Primarily seeking personal records, information on my children not in my care, and magistrates paperwork
- Discussing and identifying other relevant services and information during in-person meetings
The main focus of these requests is to obtain personal records, with a particular emphasis on magistrates paperwork,dffs paperwork from Dandenong and Cheltenham offices to compare them.
The ideal candidate for this project will have:
- Proven experience with Freedom of Information requests
- Legal expertise, preferably as a solicitor
- Ability to identify relevant services and information
- Excellent communication skills for in-person discussions
