We are an IT Automation start-up and we create artificial virtual colleagues for vocational education institutions.
We are looking to launch a yearly subscription-based-service, whereby we dispatch digital colleagues to our clients' premises to assist our clients with their daily administrative tasks.
The idea is that their digital colleague, just like their 'human' colleagues, would receive a yearly salary, corrected for inflation, as defined in the collective labor agreement for this branch.
We are currently in the process of defining the terms and conditions of our offering and we would need help putting all this on a solid legal basis.
In general, our clients are sensitive to data privacy concerns and are obliged to comply with the EU GDPR regulations. Therefore, ideally our offering should be formulated such that it puts their minds at ease regarding this topic.
Defining the terms of our offering is just the first step. When this task is completed to our satisfaction, other tasks will most certainly follow such as drafting contracts and policies, legal consultation etc.
We would like to start this first task as soon as possible, so please state your availability.
