Foreclosure expert witness

I am looking for an expert witness to help with foreclosure cases, with a focus on both residential and commercial properties. It is preferred that the expert have courtroom experience. I have not worked on any foreclosure cases in the past year.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the foreclosure process, including familiarity with both state and federal laws. The expert should be comfortable explaining complex legal concepts in a straightforward manner to the court, as well as thoroughly conducting research to locate new and relevant case law, statutes, and precedent decisions.
