Florida Appeals

I need an appeals attorney familiar with Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. I filed a motion to vacate a summary judgement based on case law from the District Court of Appeals. The DCA has ruled that the particular statute that applies to my case is unambiguous and anything outside of the statutes does not meet the statutory requirements and is invalid. I cited four cases from the DCA (there are 12 cases in all) that clearly stated what the DCA says the law says. However, the lower court judge did not read my motion and gave me just lip service at the hearing and denied my motion. I want to appeal based on the any of the 12 DCA cases. I'm fairly certain that the lower court's decision will be reversed on appeal but appeals procedures are complicated and I'd rather have an experienced appeals attorney write the appeal. I've attached a copy of my motion. Research the case law cited and let me know if you can write a winning appeal. Because the case law is on my side.
