Filling and signing SPICE+ form for company incorporation in India
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
It is necessary to fill, sign by Professional and upload both parts of SPICE+ form with my specific requirements which are the next.
Company subscribers/directors are foreign citizens not residing in India (they can start reside in India after the finish of incorporation basing on the fact of directorship).
All the required documents will be prepared by my side (subscriber/director ID proof and address proof, Office documents, Company Formation documents such as MoA, AoA, INC-9, DIR-2 etc.). Object clause in MoA will be written by my side. You can check these documents and correct everything that is not conforms to legal provisions if it is necessary for you. However you have not to change something because of your opinion, if you want to do it you have to propose it to me for discussion.
Before the uploading SPICE+ form shall be reviewed from my side using AnyDesk remote desktop session.
Task shall be done in time previously agreed between us. I understand that delay can be added by MCA portal side but the uploading itself shall be done by timeline.
You have to take in consideration that some RoC staff can have the personal holdout position against companies without Indian directors and reject such an application. So you have to be ready to appeal such a rejection.
Also there is a separate optional task to facilitate the foreign directors to get DSCs (to apply for DSC and help to go through the KYC).
If the task will be done successfully we can cooperate permanently in further in related tasks such as post-incorporation and annual filing and reporting, accounting. Moreover another company formation can be done in such a case.
