I have completed a 10 year prison sentence and nearly 3 years (of the 10 years) of my Supervised Release (S/R). I have exemplary letters of reference, an excellent record on S/R and am seeking termination of or significant modification of S/R. Particularly S/R is keeping me from successfully reintegrating into society by hindering my ability to advance my entrepreneurial career that I have had since my 30's. I am 66 years old. The hinderance is it does not allow me to borrow to invest from the Small Business Adminsitration (SBA loans), as per their rules. Also releasing me from S/R would not increase risk to society because of my low risk of reciticism due to my age and Christian walk (supported by research) and because I will still be required to register in every state in which I reside, meaning each and every night they will know where I sleep.
