Feature Film IP Legal Advisor Needed
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I'm in need of a seasoned copyright legal expert to assist with drafting key documents and providing guidance on intellectual property matters for our feature film project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing NDAs to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Creating Work-for-Hire Agreements to secure the rights to work produced by outside artists
- Assisting with Copyright Registration to protect our work
The primary goal of the NDAs is to prevent leaks of sensitive information, which includes:
- Script and story details
- Contractual agreements
- Production plans
Ideal candidates should possess:
