Family court lawyer

I have filled out my form e for a financial remedy order against my x husband. There is history of emotional abuse and he has used our joint finances to manipulate me. I need advise on what to include and what not to include on the form. I will be completing the form myself and representing myself in court. I just need an hour or twos worth of legal advise.
