Family Law Representation Needed
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
I need a lawyer to act as an intermediary due to a Family Violence Intervention Order (FVIO).
The Freelancer is required to receive and forward emails between me and my ex-partner (usually on about a 48hr turnaround). Helpful but not necessary to be available during AEST timezone.
Key requirements include:
- Legal representation in family law.
- Experience handling FVIO cases.
- Ability to ensure safety and compliance with legal protocols.
Please provide relevant experience and approach.
I have previously had legal representation so am well informed about the legal processes. The most important aspect of this task is to be an ongoing intermediary between myself and Ex-partner (who is currently prevented from contacting me directly under an interim FVIO in Victoria, AUS).
