This small Family Law Firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Law Paralegal or Litigation Assistant to assist with drafting pleadings and discovery requests, analyzing documents, and litigation preparation in their Alpharetta office. Applicants must have 5 or more years of recent experience in Family Law. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Legal Research
Drafting Pleadings, Complaints, Answers, Motions, Domestic Relations Financial Affidavits, Child Support Worksheets, Parenting Plans, & Correspondence
Prepare and Process Discovery Requests & Subpoenas
Organize Exhibits for Trial
Organize and Maintain Files & Cloud Storage

Successful Candidate's Skills include:

Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Experienced with Clio case management software
Experienced with e-fiing court documents
Expert Proofreader
Being a Good listener
Effective written and oral communication skills
Exhibits patience with emotional people
Attention to detail
