In my quest to create a comprehensive resource for individuals navigating the complexities of family law, including but not limited to Divorce, Child Custody, Alimony/Spousal Support, Last Will & Testament, Living Will, and Power of Attorney, I am seeking a skilled legal writer and researcher. The goal is to produce a series of legal templates accompanied by explanatory notes and examples. These resources will empower users to understand and effectively utilize these legal documents to their benefit.
**Key Requirements:**
- **Legal Research Skills:** Aptitude in conducting detailed legal research, including review of similar commercial products, to ensure all templates are accurate and up-to-date with the current laws in all 50 states.
- **Writing Proficiency:** Ability to convey complex legal concepts in clear, understandable language for non-legal audiences.
- **Attention to Detail:** Precision in creating legal templates and guides that are both useful and user-friendly, incorporating explanatory notes and examples to ease the process.
- **Experience:** Background in family law, with a strong understanding of the specified areas (Divorce, Child Custody, etc.).
- **Confidentiality:** Must adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, ensuring that all work is original and respects privacy concerns.
The final deliverables will be a set of user fillable legal forms and two quick reference guides on Family Law and Wills & Trusts. Each form must be accompanied by explanatory notes and examples to guide users, on the topics of Last Will & Testament, Living Will and Power of Attorney. Ensuring these forms and documents are legally sound, accessible, and informative is paramount.
