Family Law Legal Response Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am interested in review and editing feedback. I'm currently involved in a family court dispute, specifically regarding child visitation negotiations and a legal fee dispute stemming from domestic violence accusations. The most urgent aspect that needs to be addressed is the answer to the attached letter regarding paying for costs.
I require a legal professional. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in negotiating legal disputes and be able to provide a well-articulated response to opposing counsel.
My response will have a personal outline of the history of the issue then an individual review of every accusation made by the opposition. There have been many letters written to both criminal and family courts and many lies told by the opposing party so I will be proposing to pay for anything that was necessary and true. My standpoint is that most of the correspondence sent was unnecessary and slanderous and I should not be held responsible for someone's attempts at revenge, all of which are provable, which is why they are proposing we not go to court.
