Family Law Act (Cth) Case Research - Australia
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm in need of a comprehensive research on case references pertaining to s. 121 of the Family Law Act 1975.
Specifically, in the context of parenting matters - i.e., providing judgments / reasons for decision, to parties, such as:
- the child's school;
- the child's psychologist (or other medical treaters).
- the parent's psychologist.
Find as many cases references as possible - ideally, more than 10 .- both summary and detailed information for each case.- Present all findings in a PDF format_
