Facebook appeal - Lawyer needed to write appeal letter

Hello, I plan to sue facebook for deleting my content, but first I can appeal to the Oversightboard.com Please see photos attached.
My ex life partner decided its a good idea to report me to facebook,probably because her new partner is has a problem with her past photos if we are together,
I had some photos from 2018 with us on a trip to Santorini.
I feel dissapointed and upset on facebooks decision to take down my album,
its my paid trip, there is nothing indecent there, just photos with mountains,
and its the only ones I have.

I need help to create a letter stating rights laws, and arguments defending me against
facebook's decision.

Those are my memories I didnt want to hurt anyone then, when she was quite happy about them, and also now, plus she never told me personally to change privacy for them
even though she is on my facebook friends list.

So what is the strategy here?
please state a few laws and arguments that you would use

I have to send my appeal in a few days.
