FREE LANCE JOURNALIST REQUIRED TO WRITE UP FRAUD CASE CONCERNING ALZHEIMER'S VICTIM.
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I require the services of a free-lance journalist to write up a court case which concerned a patient with alzheimer's who was defrauded by his staff and signed away his substantial pension to his PA instead of his daughter who had been his nominated beneficiary for the previous 20 years.
The family of the deceased are seeking a change in the law regarding alzheimer's patients diagnosis and a change to pension law regarding a donor's 'Form of Nomination'.
The family have substantial evidence of cheque fraud and embezzlement concerning the PA and this evidence was not given sufficient consideration in court.
The journalist should ideally have some knowledge of medical matters, mental capacity, financial fraud, the justice system and dealing with the mainstream press.
