The specific condominium law is a plus (Washington District of Columbia is the jurisdiction but general Knowledge of other jurisdictions is fine) is moderately known and the other condominium legal documents specific to the condo is very well known and duties of Board of directors and property management company also known to the author who is currently experiencing depression and is ADHD diagnosed so mind loops are preventing him/her from putting things down on paper. The project is to write facts which can be presented in a compelling manner which the author is struggling to do given her/his current condition. Many of the facts are in different places (emails, text messages, voice audio). This report is to tell events which occurred in the recent past, starting April until today and events are evolving. The author is fully available (like 24/7) to contribute small parts which have been written some even multiple times (mind loops) he/she is experiencing. The person should have persuasive writing skills (someone who was on the debate team, so to speak). This is for a complaint The author wishes want to share principally at the local court, but could also be presented to a local blog, local authorities. May Involve the following actors HoA board of directors, property management company, facility management company, insurance adjusters, sewage water issues, fiduciary duty of Board of HOA, PLUMBING requirements/laws/procedures/requirements for specific jurisdiction or many.
