We are seeking a highly experienced virtual legal assistant with expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) to join our team.
The position entails conducting online searches for potential IP infringements on behalf of a prominent Australian brand that we represent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with sellers on online marketplaces, including issuing notices of takedown and responding to general inquiries.
All findings and reporting will be monitored and recorded on our online system.
In addition to intellectual property matters, the ideal candidate must have experience using online applications, process management tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel applications.
The role will also involve providing support for accounts receivable collections on a weekly basis, which is a minor responsibility.
This is a 12-month contract position with 20 hours per week required.
Rate negotiable depending on experience level, approx 350php/h
The preferred working hours are between 10 am and 5 pm AEST.
