I'm in need of an experienced paralegal to assist with document production in response to a subpoena issued by the New York Attorney General’s Housing Protection Unit. The tasks will involve organizing and preparing Bates-stamped files, creating metadata load files and OCR text, formatting PDFs and placeholder TIFs, and coordinating timelines to ensure the completeness of the response.

Key Requirements:
- Experience with subpoena responses for government entities.
- Proficiency in creating Bates-stamped files, metadata load files, and OCR text.
- Ability to format PDFs and placeholder TIFs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and ensure response completeness.
- Familiarity with e-discovery tools such as Concordance, Relativity, or similar platforms.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior work on subpoena responses for government agencies.
- Experience in redacting documents and managing subpoena deadlines.
- Proficiency in using e-discovery tools and platforms.
- Availability over the next 2–4 weeks to dedicate to this project.
