Experienced Paralegal for Securities & Capital
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a seasoned paralegal with wealth of experience in Securities laws and practices, particularly in the USA. I would prefer a professional who has handled tasks such as drafting Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), reviewing Offering Memorandums, as well as assisting with federal and state registration processes.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word for drafting PPMs and OM review
- In-depth understanding of USA Securities laws
- Experience in capital raising
- Proficient in handling federal and state registration processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in this field and be able to work independently and efficiently. Your experience level, be it entry, mid or senior, will be considered in the evaluation process.
