Experienced Legal Assistant or Law Graduate (AU) Needed – Finalising Civil Complaint for Filing

Job ID: 39609524

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’m a self-represented litigant finalising a complex civil complaint to be filed in the County Court of Victoria. The matter involves reputational harm, abuse of process, and psychological injury following a procedurally flawed APSO.

The complaint is already substantively written (approx. 22,000+ words), but I require urgent assistance with final stage tasks including:

Proofreading for legal clarity and consistency

Cross-referencing annexures

Ensuring accuracy of procedural language

Checking alignment with Court formatting conventions

Clarifying and flagging evidentiary support

Structuring final checklist for filing

What I need:

A detail-oriented legal graduate, junior lawyer, or experienced legal assistant familiar with civil proceedings in Victoria (ideally with exposure to personal safety or reputational matters)

Someone available immediately for a few hours over the next 3–5 days

Trauma-informed or respectful of sensitive matters (doxxing, professional harm)

Communicative, responsive, and efficient

Please include any prior experience preparing court documents in Australia (especially Victoria), and your availability this week.

Budget: Open to fixed or hourly. Looking for someone fast, accurate, and confident in legal document structure.
