Entertainment Law Expert Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced entertainment lawyer to advise me on film and TV contracts, as well as music industry contracts - and specifically contracts for online services - like contracts between partners in an online class business with online publishing too.
We have a rough draft of what we're thinking about but a lot is missing. We're in the U.S.- CA and CT - and need to comply with U.S. laws.
We need some back and forth with the specialist because we know other elements should be included in this contract that we haven't thought about simply because we don't know. Do you feel you could work through a draft process with us to create a more sophisticated document than the one attached?
Skills & Experience:
- You must possess a strong background in entertainment law, preferably with 5-10 years of experience, specifically handling film and TV contracts, along with music industry contracts.
- Excellent negotiating and communication skills will be critical in this role.
