We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at communication and problem-solving in both languages.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance requests, and tenant relations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Collect rent, handle deposits, and maintain accurate financial and occupancy records.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and property inspections.
Ensure compliance with local housing laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare reports, budgets, and performance summaries for ownership.
Resolve tenant complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
Minimum 2–3 years of property management or related experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of property management software preferred.
Familiarity with leasing regulations and fair housing laws.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
