English Case Law Research and Brief
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need help with legal research. I require full copies of specific English case law, which appear to be unavailable on BAILII, in Word Document format. The cases are:
- R (on the application of) King v. East Sussex County Council [2005] EWHC 2581 (Admin).
- R (on the application of) Badger v. London Borough of Enfield [2012] EWHC 3484 (Admin).
- R v. Horncastle [2006] EWCA Crim 1712.
- R v. W [2006] EWHC 2214 (Admin).
In addition, I am looking for a 2-page brief that references English case law to confirm that the Traffic Signs Manual published by the Department for Transport is the standard to be used to determine the adequacy of traffic signs for the purpose of enforceability under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Only minor deviations are allowed. You must provide me with the full judgement of any case you reference.
I would appreciate a freelancer with a strong legal background, ideally with experience in legal research and analysis. Prefereably legal students based in England, Wales or Ireland.
