England & Wales Solicitor Only: I am in need of a solicitor who can assist me in obtaining a certificate that 2 brief witness statements are compliant with Practice Direction 57AC. I am a litigant in person for a lawsuit in the High Court and I have a direct access barrister who has approved the witness statements' format. I as already successful in obtaining a High Court injunction. The ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with Practice Direction 57AC, this is simply confirming the format of the witness statements are compliant. I believe I would need to sign a one-off engagement letter from you for this. You are NOT giving a legal opinion on my case or the veracity of witness statements etc, ONLY that it meets the operational format under 57AC.
